THE ENCHANTED FOREST

A choose-your-own-adventure opera!
World premiere by Anna Young

February 2–March 16, 2018

Escape to The Enchanted Forest where your students help create the unique magic of every performance!  Our epic adventure to save the forest from a fire-breathing dragon teaches the basics of operatic story-telling as students cast the hero, villain, sidekick, and love interest, right at the top of the show.  Complete with dramatic twists and turns—and music from iconic composers including Mozart, Bizet, Gilbert & Sullivan—each performance depends on audience participation to find the right path and make the best choice.

This interactive, 35-minute production is sung in English and comes directly to your school with sets, costumes, four professional opera singers, and a pianist.

Participating schools will receive an extensive study guide to prepare for the performance and supplement learning in the classroom.  Schools may also request a free post-show Q/A session.  Don’t miss this opportunity to introduce opera to your school and experience a live performance!

Cost
$500 / single performance
