Nashville Opera believes that a positive experience with music and art has a powerful impact on a person’s quality of life no matter the age or income.  Our community outreach programs give adults and youth alike the opportunity to experience the thrill and excitement of opera.



Opera 101


Looking for the perfect introduction to opera?  This program is perfect for audiences of all ages.  Nashville Opera’s director of education and outreach uses video and audio clips to provide you with a fast paced overview of opera history.  This program can be tailored to any topic that connects opera to literature, art, history, or language.
