The Nashville Opera Fellows Program is designed to give young singers valuable experience with a professional opera company while pursuing a master’s degree in vocal performance at Belmont University in Nashville or Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. Benefits include:
Performance opportunities in NOA’s outreach programs and mainstage productions, as well as in university opera workshop productions.
Masterclasses and auditions with mainstage artists and industry professionals.
Belmont Fellows receive a 50% tuition scholarship with the possibility of further compensation from NOA for additional performances and activities. MTSU Fellows receive direct compensation for all performances and activities.
Participation in career development workshops alongside NOA’s Mary Ragland Young Artists.
