Weddings for All Seasons Fashion Show

Tuesday, September 15, was the date of the Nashville Opera Fashion Show chaired by Sue Claxton and Barbara Warren, benefiting Nashville Opera education.  The show featured designer gowns by Jeanne Dudley Smith of Jeanne’s Fantasia and Olia Zavozina of Olia Zavozina Couture Designs.  Fashions were also provided by The French Shoppe and Regency Furs.  Men’s fashions included those by Eric Adler of Eric Adler Clothing, Ted Clayton of The Clayton Collection, and Jeff Garner of Prophetik Label.

Guests were greeted by a beautifully restored 1938 Packard located just outside the entrance to the Noah Liff Opera Center.  The show started with a champagne reception with guests freely roaming through the Wedding Fashions through Time Gallery featuring a beautiful array of gowns belonging to our Guild members and their family displaying fashions from 1911 to 2012.  Guests were able to shop for unique gifts at the Vintage Booth and bid at a silent auction prior to the show starting.  Over 100 guests attended and all enjoyed the luncheon and beautiful table decorations, the special music put together for each fashion set and, of course, our beautiful and handsome models.

Thanks to the Guild members who helped to make this such a memorable event!
